It's one thing to speculate about the needs and desires of customers, employees and communities affected by what you do; it's another thing to see their thoughts and emotions expressed vividly on screen. As a trained camera journalist and curious interviewer, I access personal and organisational blind spots and connect with people in the field to help you bring outside reality into the boardroom. You can cancel a course or session (series) free of charge and without providing any reason within 14 calendar days after you have booked.
